Data Deletion Policy

1. General Principles

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When the data are no longer needed, we delete or anonymize them in accordance with this Policy.

2. Account Deletion by User

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by:

• Using the in-app / in-site account deletion function (if available), or
• Sending a request to contact@skylinemanager.com from the email address associated with your account.

Once we verify your request, we will:

• Deactivate your account.
• Delete or irreversibly anonymize personal data that are no longer needed.
• Retain only the minimum information required to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

3. Deletion Timeframes

We aim to process confirmed deletion requests within 7 days. Certain data may be retained for longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Transaction and billing records (retained according to statutory retention periods).
• Security logs and backups (retained for a limited time and then securely deleted or overwritten).

4. Data Stored in Backups

Personal data may remain in system backups for a limited period after deletion. Backups are stored securely and, when restored, we apply the same deletion and anonymization rules. Backup data are not used for active processing except in disaster recovery scenarios.

5. Third-Party Services

Where we share data with third-party processors (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors), we require them by contract to support appropriate deletion or anonymization of personal data in line with our instructions and applicable law.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SKYLINE MANAGER (the “Service”) provided by CIP DEV (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 14 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use

• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or other forms of credit outside the Service.
• Virtual Items are personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked if you breach these Terms.
• All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to code, graphics, logos, text, and design) are owned by or licensed to CIP DEV and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

6. User Content

If the Service allows you to submit or upload content (“User Content”):

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
• You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate or interact with third-party services (e.g., Google, Facebook, payment providers). Your use of such services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse them.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CIP DEV and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CIP DEV and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Changes to the Service and to These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where required by law, notify you or seek your consent. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ROMANIA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive (or, if required by law, non-exclusive) jurisdiction of the courts of TIMIS, ROMANIA.
